Sleep, for the whole family.

We believe that every family has a different story to tell that makes them UNIQUE. On this basis, we combine the science of sleep with an Integrative Approach -The Holistic Science of Sleep Method™ to assess all the physical, emotional, social, cultural, and environmental factors that inhibit sleep and may lead to child sleep challenges.

Our Integrative Approach allows us to:

  1. Uncover the real root of the problem.
  2. Find sleep solutions in a way that respects your level of comfort and your relationship with your child.
  3. Make long-lasting changes without using any sleep training methodologies.

We won't ever ask you to do something against your instincts or to leave your child crying alone.

About Sandra

My Sleep Journey

"Becoming a mother of twins was a life-changing experience. Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined that the arrival of my babies was going to be so special and overwhelming at the same time.

My memories of being a new mom are far from what I was expecting! From the stressful birth experience of being surrounded by fifteen people in the birthing room, to my closest family telling me what to do and not to do; my hormones making me feel like I was on a roller coaster of emotions. Adding to the vast amount of contradictory advice.

I forgot about me! I ignored the signals my body was sending me to heal and rest. I was left feeling sleep deprived and broken.

Needless to say, during my endless sleep-deprived days, I desperately ask for support; and the response to my cry for help was: “Why don’t you just let your babies cry it out for a couple of days?  But to me, it didn't feel right leaving my babies to cry alone.

I was so determined to do things differently so I did extensive research about how the lack of sleep affected the entire well-being of the family.

One day, the thought occurred to me:  “If I was able to be supported by postpartum professionals during my struggles, why don’t I become a sleep specialist? How many sleep-deprived parents must be out there?

How many parents don’t know that there are other ways to support their child without leaving them alone to cry?

I want to help!

That day marked the beginning of my journey in becoming a Certified Child Sleep Consultant and Postpartum Doula.

Since then, there is no day I work passionately to empower parents to provide sleep solutions from a place of love and connection.
